Consultations & Design Services

• In-depth consultations may incur a fee, which is deductible from the total project cost if you proceed with BCSHH’s services.

• All drawings, plans, 3D models, and design concepts remain the intellectual property of BCSHH until full payment is received.

• Any advice offered is conceptual and subject to technical verification by licensed contractors, engineers, or surveyors as needed.

Quote Policy

• BCSHH offers free online bathroom renovation quotes for all customers through our website or by email.

• Free online estimates are intended as an initial project overview based on client-provided information and do not include on-site assessment.

• If the client requests an in-person quote but chooses not to proceed with BCSHH services, a quote and consultation fee of £400 will apply.

• If the project continues with BCSHH, this fee will be waived or deducted from the final price.

• We are currently running a Bathroom Makeover Lottery, where one lucky participant will receive a complete bathroom renovation free of charge, including design, materials, and labor.

• To enter the lottery, participants must pay an entry fee of £15, submitted securely through our website or via email communication.

• The promotion is open to All residents aged 18 years and older. One entry per person is allowed unless otherwise specified.

• All entries must be submitted before the advertised deadline. Late entries will not be considered.

• The winner will be selected at random and notified via phone and email.

• By entering, participants agree that BCSHH may document the renovation through photography and video for use in marketing. 

• The prize includes a standard bathroom package; upgrades or additional features may incur costs.

• The bathroom renovation lottery will only take place once a minimum number of participants has been reached. BCSHH reserves the right to postpone or cancel the lottery if insufficient entries are received. In such cases, participants will be informed, and appropriate options (including refunds or deferral to a future draw) will be communicated accordingly.
